CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION
2025 Asia Conference on Energy Conversion Systems and Power Electronics (AECSPE 2025) will be held during September 4-6, 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
AECSPE 2025 devotes to the dissemination of new ideas, research and work in progress within the rapidly growing fields of energy conversion systems and power electronics. It will bring together researchers, engineers and students from academia, government and industry for an interactive discussion on the latest advances in high power/voltage power conversion, microgrids, hybrid AC and DC grids, and DE grids, critical power and energy storage systems, wireless power transfer, industrial motor drives, energy access and off-grid systems and applications. The objectives of the conference are to provide high quality research and professional interactions between industry and academia for the advancement of science, technology and fellowship. At least one of the authors listed on the paper must present at the conference, otherwise the paper will be excluded from the proceedings.

AIMS AND SCOPES
Each paper submitted to the AECSPE 2025 meeting is sent to at least two reviewers, including members of the International Planning Committee, technical committee members, and other qualified reviewers. Submission of papers describing the original works are warmly encouraged, but not limited to the following topics:

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, papers will be published into the 2025 Asia Conference on Energy Conversion Systems and Power Electronics (AECSPE 2025) Conference Proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore | EI Compendex for indexing.
PAPER IS PUBLISHED
All submissions that have been approved by IEEE and come online to the conference list AECSPE 2025 must be reviewed by 2-3 experts of the organizing committee. After strict review, the final accepted papers will be published by EI catalogue series IEEE-Conference Publishing Services (IEEE-CPS), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus search after publication.

REVIEW PROCESS
Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.
Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.
Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication. The Generic Peer Review Process visualizes this.
