CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION
2025 IEEE 8th International Conference on Information Systems and Computer Aided Education aims at presenting current research being carried out in that area and is scheduled to be held on September 27-29, 2025 in Dalian, China. The idea of this conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from universities and industry all around the world to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between universities and industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
ICISCAE would offer a large number of invited lectures from renowned speakers worldwide. The Best Paper Award will be given for the papers judged to make the most significant contribution to the conference.
ICISCAE 2025 provides a forum for researchers and practitioners involved in different but related domains to confront research results and discuss key problems. The scope of ICISCAE 2025 includes the research and development fields of collaboration technologies and their applications to information systems and computer aided education in industries and societies. Application domains include, but are not limited to, information systems, computer aided education, electronics, power, communication, network, and many others. Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original research and technical contributions for presentations and posters in conference.

Each paper submitted to the ICISCAE 2025 meeting is sent to at least two reviewers, including members of the International Planning Committee, technical committee members, and other qualified reviewers. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, papers will be published into the 2025 IEEE 8th International Conference on Information Systems and Computer Aided Education Conference Proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore | EI Compendex for indexing.
PAPER IS PUBLISHED
All submissions that have been approved by IEEE and come online to the conference list AECSPE 2025 must be reviewed by 2-3 experts of the organizing committee. After strict review, the final accepted papers will be published by EI catalogue series IEEE-Conference Publishing Services (IEEE-CPS), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus search after publication.

REVIEW PROCESS
Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.
Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.
Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication. The Generic Peer Review Process visualizes this.
