CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION
2025 IEEE 5th International Conference on Data Science and Computer Application (ICDSCA 2025) aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and technical engineers to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Data Science and Computer Application. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Data Science and Computer Application.
The 4th ICDSCA will be held in Dalian, China, during November 29-31, 2025. Events will run over a span of time during the conference depending on the number and length of the presentations. With its high quality, it provides an exceptional value for students, academics and industry researchers.
Prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research papers and e-posters. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Data Science and Computer Applications are cordially invited for presentation at the conference. PAPER IS PUBLISHED
All submissions that have been approved by IEEE and come online to the conference list ICDACAI 2025 must be reviewed by 2-3 experts of the organizing committee. After strict review, the final accepted papers will be published by EI catalogue series IEEE-Conference Publishing Services (IEEE-CPS), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus search after publication.

REVIEW PROCESS
Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.
Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.
Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication. The Generic Peer Review Process visualizes this.
