CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION
China-Europe Scientists Forum & the 7th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Manufacturing (AIAM2025) will be held during October 29-31, 2025 in Frankfurt Germany. Started from 2019, the AIAM series conference has been successfully held 5 times in Dublin, Shanghai, Manchester, Hamburg, Brussels, respectively. It has attracted thousands of participants and become a platform with great influence in Chinese and European governments, enterprises, and scientific research institutions.
In December 2025, more than 30 renowned academicians, professors and other scientists from Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Austria and other countries at home and abroad signed an initiative to organize the "CHINA-EUROPE SCIENTISTS FORUM", which aims to strengthen academic exchanges and co-operation between China and Europe, and to promote the friendship of the people of China and Europe.
As the Sub-forum and academic conference of China-Europe Scientists Forum, AIAM2024 aims to bring together researchers and scientists from artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing, and researchers from various application areas to discuss problems and solutions in the area, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions for research. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, establish business or research relations, and find global partners for future collaboration.

PAPER IS PUBLISHED
All submissions that have been approved by IEEE and come online to the conference list AIAM 2025 must be reviewed by 2-3 experts of the organizing committee. After strict review, the final accepted papers will be published by EI catalogue series IEEE-Conference Publishing Services (IEEE-CPS), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus search after publication.

REVIEW PROCESS
Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.
Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.
Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication.
