Papers submitted to 2026 IEEE 2rd International Conference on Digital Analysis and Processing, Intelligent Computation (DAPIC 2026) will undergo strict review by 2-3 experts from the Organizing Committee. Finally accepted papers will be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Services(ISBN:979-8-3503-4361-8) and included in IEEE Xplore. After publication, the journal publisher will submit the papers to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
Submission Process
The basic length of IEEE conference papers is 5-6 pages (double-column format). Only full-text submissions in English are accepted, and submissions must be made via the online system (click here to access). The content of the paper must be no less than 5 pages.
Papers must be formatted according to the conference paper template. Template download: 【Download】.
Papers should have academic or practical value and must not have been previously published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences. Authors may pay to check the similarity of their papers (including the reference section) through CrossCheck, iThenticate, or other query systems. If the paper similarity rate is ≥25%, the author shall bear full responsibility for any rejection caused by this. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be listed on the conference homepage.
Authors of papers to be published are required to submit the full text (abstract-only submissions are not accepted), and the paper must be no less than 8 pages.
The reference list must include at least 3 foreign authors.
A paper can only have one corresponding author.
For references: More than half of the references must be from the past 3-5 years.
If a paper is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged.

REVIEW PROCESS
Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.
Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.
Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication. The Generic Peer Review Process visualizes this.
