CONFERENCE INTRODUCTION
2025 2nd International Conference on Telecommunications and Power Electronics (TELEPE 2025) will take place from May 29 to 31, 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany. The highly multidisciplinary conference will bring together all experts, researchers and innovators from business, industry, academia and government agencies to discuss concepts and experimental results.
We would like to thank the related chairs and the session organizers for their management of the presentations. We also appreciate all contributions and cooperation by the committee members, sponsoring societies and organizations towards the success of the conference. We do hope that the conference will highly be successful and fruitful to all participants and that you will fully enjoy the conference in both its technical and social aspects at telecommunications and power electronics.
The review process of TELEPE 2025 is double-blind. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by at least two reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of each accepted submission. The technical program committee will perform a shrinking process for the submitted paper about the scope and tracks of the conferences prior to the review process. TELEPE 2025 guarantees that the entire peer review and publication process is meticulous and objective. Furthermore, all works not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication if malpractice is revealed at any time even after the publication.

REVIEW PROCESS
Peer review is the major quality maintenance measure for any academic journal. In this process, experts in the relevant fields analyze the scholarly work from every perspective, including its writing, the accuracy of its technical content, its documentation, and its impact on and significance to the discipline.
Reviewers play a pivotal role in scholarly publishing, and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under consideration. Peer review helps to ratify research, establishing a standard for evaluation within research communities.
Firstly, after a paper is submitted to a journal, a journal editor screens the manuscript and decides whether or not to send it for full peer review. Only after clearing the initial screening is the manuscript sent to two peer reviewers. Finally, journal editors or the journal’s editorial board consider the peer reviewers’ reports and make the final decision to accept or reject the manuscript for publication.
